The first step of the purchase process is to contact the artist through the <a href="https://www.juandiegomiguel.com/contact">following link</a> where a budget will be facilitated, including the packing and shipment costs of the artwork. Therefore, it is necessary to fill out the form including the reference number of the artwork and the shipment destination details: postcode, city and country. Each and every communication is direct with the artist and his team.

A customized budget breakdown covering the artwork’s price and the packing and shipment costs will be provided by the artist to be approved by the customer. The packing of each artwork is manually customized and carefully prepared by the artist to ensure its wholeness during the shipment.

Once the budget is approved by the customer, the payment will be facilitated via a link to our secure payment platform (<a href="https://stripe.com/">Stripe</a>) where the payment can be fulfilled with the supported payment methods.

Payment methods

When the payment confirmation is ready, the shipment will proceed and a tracking number will be sent via email to track the shipment. Additionally, each artwork has enclosed an authenticity certificate.
